Francisco Silva
ASSOCIATE
Specialist in water law. His practice focuses on all kind of matters related to water law, administrative sanctioning and judicial proceedings. Francisco worked at the Litigation Unit of the General Water Agency (DGA), where he gained a relevant experience before ordinary courts, Appeal Courts, Supreme Court, Constitutional Court and Antitrust Court. He also worked as a lawyer for the DGA’s Inspection Unit.
Before LAWGIC Abogados, he served as an attorney at the DGA (2018-2022); and in the Health Agency in Concepción (2015-2018).
