Agustín Walker

Specialist in water law, with vast experience in natural resources and development of mining, energy, agriculture and infrastructure projects in general. His diverse experience in different industries has allowed him to provide his clients with comprehensive advice, both in the administrative and contractual areas, and a strategic vision complemented by a solid regulatory background.
His practice covers the different stages of the development of projects related to natural resources, with special emphasis on administrative permits, concessions on public goods, rights of ways and negotiation of strategic contracts.
At present, Agustín has been providing legal advice to green hydrogen projects in their different stages of development.
Before LAWGIC Abogados, he was of-counsel at Núñez Muñoz Abogados (2017-2019); founder and CEO of OnePress (2016- 2017); senior associate at Carey (2012-2015); internal counsel at HidroAysén (2009-2012) and attorney at Urrutia y Cía. Abogados (2006-2009).
