Managing Partner of LAWGIC Abogados. Specialist in Water Law and Natural Resources, with extensive experience in the development of complex projects in the electric, mining, agricultural, desalination, green hydrogen, and general infrastructure sectors.

He advises national and international companies from a strategic and comprehensive perspective, combining regulatory, administrative, and contractual analysis with a practical understanding of the legal risks inherent to natural resource–intensive projects.

He supports clients from the initial structuring of projects through to their operation, maintaining close and continuous involvement that allows him to gain an in-depth understanding of their business models and strategic challenges. His practice focuses on obtaining and managing administrative permits, concessions over public assets, water rights, and easements, as well as negotiating strategic contracts for the development, financing, and operation of projects.

Before LAWGIC Abogados, he was of-counsel at Núñez Muñoz Abogados (2017-2019); founder and CEO of OnePress (2016- 2017); senior associate at Carey (2012-2015); internal counsel at HidroAysén (2009-2012) and attorney at Urrutia y Cía. Abogados (2006-2009).
